Customs Compliance
Our services support clients in improving customs compliance and fulfilling the obligations of IMMEX companies with VAT and IEPS certification. We offer strategies for the proper and up-to-date management of key customs compliance elements, such as Annex 24, Annex 30, fixed asset control, and customs entry file management, as well as the regularization of any past non-compliance.

ANNEXES 24 AND 30
We help our clients maintain accurate, controlled, and reliable Annex 24 and Annex 30 records. Together, we develop strategies that allow these obligations to be managed optimally for each client, through a unique methodology and continuous follow-up.
In addition to managing Annexes 24 and 30, we also conduct historical reviews so clients can gain certainty over past records, assess compliance risks, and regularize balances when needed.

FIXED ASSETS
We develop a specialized project for each client with the purpose of reducing the risk of penalties and fines resulting from the inability to demonstrate the legal possession and presence of fixed assets, an important aspect of customs compliance.
Through a physical and digital process of data and document reconciliation, reconstruction, and regularization of anything the client may be missing, we improve control and update processes to ensure preparedness for any potential review by the authorities.

CUSTOMS ENTRY FILES
We design a customs entry document filing plan to help our clients increase compliance and reduce risk, avoiding penalties such as missing documentation, seizure of goods, cancellation of the IMMEX program, among others.
The main objective is for clients to have a complete, up-to-date, and controlled document file, as required by the authorities, through various stages of reconciliation, reconstruction, and regularization.

How We Work With Our Clients
Identify the Problem
Research and Analysis
Propose Solutions
We conduct an assessment of real needs to identify areas of opportunity. We listen to the team to understand what they require through a process of questions and answers that helps us analyze the problem or need.
We analyze the identified problem to determine its causes and current status. We define the importance of the issue, establish priorities, and begin mapping out the path forward according to the needs identified.
Once we have a clear picture of the situation, we will propose value-driven strategies to solve the problem, which can then be implemented to reduce risk and increase the company’s profitability.
