Initial Assessment
This service consists of conducting an analysis of the foreign trade department to quickly and effectively determine their level of customs competitiveness. This assessment is ideal when planning to launch an improvement project within the department and a clear starting point is needed, as it provides results on its most important aspects.
Customs Compliance Assessment
Our assessment is designed to quickly reveal real results regarding our clients’ level of customs compliance. We determine, on a percentage basis, the level of compliance for each element within the foreign trade operations of an IMMEX company, with the purpose of validating that everything is in order and/or identifying areas of opportunity. Based on the final result, we propose an action plan to reduce risks and increase competitiveness.
We conduct a rapid review using a representative sample of key aspects such as Annexes 24 and 31, fixed assets, customs entry files, programs, permits, documentation, internal knowledge, and other key areas. This is intended to simulate an authority inspection and evaluate all the points that would typically be considered.
Comprehensive Audit
Unlike the Customs Compliance Assessment, the comprehensive audit project provides results in a deeper and more detailed manner, over a specific and broader period of time, in order to determine our clients’ level of customs compliance. This is a complete project for the review and analysis of all foreign trade aspects within a company.
Once the audit results have been obtained, the risks and areas of opportunity are identified, improvement strategies are defined, and structured plans are proposed jointly to carry out those strategies.
